HISTORY
We began the bakery as a necessity. The company we bought from relocated to another state without notice and we needed to jump on buying their equipment. We did and learned how to use it almost overnight!!  We started in two smalls huts in Manitou next to the restaurant and then moved into a vacant apartment upstairs, lugging the mixers and very large bags of flour and eggs up a long flight.  With the ovens being downstairs it almost seemed like a comedy getting things accomplished.

We worked hard testing flours until we created our own proprietary blend, which is the basic blend in all we do.

With great tenacity our lead baker (now bakery manager) Danielle, slogged through and then achieved perfection. That brought us to expansion of staff and location. We’re now housed in a GF dedicated stand-alone 1700 sq ft production facility and are carried in Whole Foods, Extreme Pizza, Tapateria and Melting Pot. AND MORE

We offer a wide variety of gluten-free breads and desserts, from cupcakes to cheesecakes, 9” and 6” cakes, breads, rolls, muffins and more. If you don’t already know us you’ll be surprised at how little of a sacrifice being GF can be. We custom bake great cakes, pies and specialty items and now are able to custom decorate for your needs be it a wedding, graduation, birthday or any special or non-special occasion.

Our products are sought out by many local restaurants for their own GF offerings. A selection of our baked goods, in a variety of luscious flavors, are now available at some Whole Foods in Colorado Springs! Try us out. We currently ship our flour and soon we’re hoping to be able to ship baked goods.
